SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:  - All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Time: - United States: 7-15 business days - International: 20-30 business days Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Costs: - FREE shipping on orders over $70 - Orders under $50: $7.9 flat rate

Shipping  Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

Fulfillment: Our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure the best prices and widest product selection for our customers.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. 

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aironthegstring.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
